We are now looking for a business and result oriented Researcher with strong communication skills to join our team. 

The position 

As a Researcher for Russell Reynolds Associates, you will work in partnership with our clients and RRA team and contribute in hiring top performing executives to management teams and non-executive directors to boards. You will work closely with the RRA Oslo team on local assignments, and contribute on international assignments. You will be closely involved in end-to-end projects and contribute on analysis, research and knowledge building. Moreover, you will:

• Meet and actively participate in business development with top tier clients
• Develop search strategies and identify target companies
• Identify top candidates through sourcing key industry players
• Reach out to and source candidates by phone
• Build and maintain a strong network among senior executives within the Nordic business community
• Be able to build your expertise and become the go-to person in “your” industries/ topics/ functions over time
• Be a part of the global RRA industry network gaining access to international trends across industries

Experience

• Graduate level or 1-3 years of work experience
• Experience from Management consulting, PR consulting or other business consulting is meriting
• International experience is a plus

Competencies

• Solid interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to build rapport with senior management
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
• Fluency in written and verbal Norwegian and English
• Relevant Academic degree (i.e. Business or Engineering) with strong results from a respected institution

• Interested in the Norwegian industrial/business landscape,  in market trends and in people and leadership issues
