Reodor Studios is a corporate venture and innovation studio working with leading Nordic brands to create growth through the design and development of new products and services – often in the form of corporate startups. About the engagement
We have put together a 6-week* paid program where you will work on solving real challenges that Reodor Studios faces in building new companies on top of competitive advantages and resources from established corporate players. During these weeks, you will be exposed to the process from identifying user needs and market opportunities to testing and validating solutions in the market. This includes insights and analysis, business development, service design, UX/UI design, testing, strategy, and technology development. Throughout the program, you will work as entrepreneurs following best practices and be involved in building an entirely new corporate startup, either from scratch within Reodor Studios or in collaboration with existing clients.
*Working weeks are 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, and 32. The office will be closed during weeks 28 and 29.
What we're looking for in applicants
Personal: We are looking for colleagues who are entrepreneurial, caring, passionate, ambitious, and results-oriented, eager to develop products and services that create real, sustainable value for people, the environment, and the bottom line.
Skills: You find innovation and entrepreneurship exciting, and you are studying economics, strategy, design, entrepreneurship or technology.
