Have the ability to solve complex problems with the use of artificial intelligence in the form of machine learning.
Are skilled programmers with a deep understanding of AI, backend development, infrastructure, and writing clean code.
Are motivated to develop, deliver and operate machine learning services that scale to hundreds of thousands end-users.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Identify, report, and address technical and organizational challenges and areas for improvement.
Make sure that algorithmic and AI service knowledge is distributed within the team to avoid single points of failure.
Contributing to Visma’s growing ecosystem of AI initiatives by attending conferences.
