Programme overview:

Our international talent programme is an intensive two-year on-the-job learning experience. The programme is tailored to fit your background, capabilities and personal preferences. It consists of three international assignments covering different businesses and regions in Aker Solutions’ global organisation. The international assignments are core of the learning processes and are focusing on business functions:

Project execution

Business operations

Business and project control

Business development

Contract management

Supply chain management

Qualifications:

Business education at master level

Engineering degree preferred

Recently graduated with maximum of 3 years of job experience after graduation

Practical experience from oil and gas industry preferred

International experience

Fluency in English

Personal qualities:

Proactive and analytical

Commercial drive and deliver results

Capability to adapt to change

Ability to build trusted relationship cross cultures
