Now and beyond your graduate programme. We are looking for Business Innovation Graduates in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland or Lithuania. You and your fellow graduates will play a key role in this journey. 18 months, 3 rotations, 1 ambition: To accelerate your career You won’t be changing Danske Bank overnight, and you will have a lot to learn from highly-skilled colleagues. Your 18-month programme consists of three 6-month rotations – all of them within your track. Rotation 1 and 3 will be in your home country. Rotation number 2 will be an opportunity to gain international experience through an expatriation abroad. This will provide you with a great network and a profound understanding of our business. Throughout all rotations, you’ll get joint training activities for the Business Innovation Graduates, executive exposure and an international outlook. Combined with hands-on challenges within process optimisation and business development, you will develop into an internal consultant driving business innovation projects forward or an opinion leader within a specialized area of expertise. We expect you to challenge business as usual, think new ideas and transform them into competitive advantages. And remember this: Everything you do will be about the customers. Great grades get you in – great personality takes you further Prior to September 2015, you graduate with a master’s degree, which has provided you with strong theoretical and methodological background within business innovation, development and management. You expect to graduate top of your class and have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship.
