Business Innovation Graduate for Business Development

Grow your career and help Danske Bank prepare for the future by innovating how we work and serve our customers. You will be joining Personal Banking Business Development in Trondheim as part of Danske Banks global graduate programme for top students with a desire to make an impact.

Danske Graduate will give you the perfect start to your career. You will embark on an amazing 18-month journey together with your fellow graduates where you will grow and develop - personally and professionally. The programme consists of three six-month rotations including one international rotation outside Norway. It will be an opportunity for you to gain international experience, a great network and a strong understanding of our business, as well as the opportunity to impact Danske Bank and our ambitions for the future.

Adapt to changing customer expectations
You will be joining Business Development in our Personal Banking business unit, which serves millions of customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. You and your team colleagues will play a key role in adapting to changing customer expectations and important changes ahead of Danske Bank, which has embarked on a journey to push the boundaries of banking and make continuous improvements in how we serve our customers.

You will contribute to a broad range of business development projects where you will learn from your more experienced colleagues, simultaneous with challenging business as usual, thinking new ideas and transforming them into competitive advantages. And remember this: Everything you do will be about the customers.

Data-driven insights and process competence
You graduate with a masters degree before 1 September 2017. Your academic degree has provided you with a strong background within business innovation as well as an analytical interest in data-driven insights and process competence within sales management. You expect to graduate top of your class and probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship.

To really stand out, you need to have an exceptional personality and a change mindset. Your application and CV is your opportunity to tell us how you can contribute to our journey. We expect you to be a result-oriented fast-learner with business acumen and the ability to make your knowledge relevant to both customers and colleagues in a rapidly changing environment. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, is required.
