Our graduate programme offers exciting career opportunities and an excellent environment for professional development and growth. Our success relies on employing the best people in order to safeguard and build wealth for future generations. We seek individuals with intellectual curiosity who think outside the box and have the ability to be contrarian.

What you will do
The graduate programme is a one-year rotational development opportunity, based in Oslo. There may also potentially be opportunities to work in one of our international offices during the programme, depending on business needs. Who are you?
We are looking for talented people from a range of educational backgrounds, with different mindsets and who are comfortable in taking risks. • Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn
