Sales Specialist Server Storage- HP Norway

You will be located at our Norwegian headquarter at Bryn (Oslo). We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Specialist to tailor strategy and solutions towards the need of HP’s customers. You will interface with both internal and external experts to identify and develop customer needs. . Responsibilities In this role you will be responsible for selling servers and storage solutions to large Norwegian companies. You will be measured against a defined sales target. It will be your responsibility to build and maintain strong relationship with the customers at multiple organisational levels in order to meet or exceed customer satisfaction for your account portfolio. You should be able to: 1) Transform customer business needs into HP business opportunities and clearly articulate this and the benefits to the customer together with the business case justification. 2) Work within established guidelines and known procedures with knowledge of HP’s offerings as well as general knowledge of the competition. 3) Set objectives and tailored plans based on account opportunities. Can prioritize selling opportunities and focus resources on best mix of initiatives to meet HPs objectives. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to use a wide variety of presentation tools and communicate persuasive and complex messages to multiple audience levels. 0-2+ years’s proven IT sales experience (products and services) preferable from servers and/or storage business.
