Specific responsibilities may include: • Assisting in industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking • Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology, etc. • Assisting in the development of to-be processes. • Developing deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.) • Assisting in implementation activities related to new solutions Qualifications • Track record of strong academic performance with a masters degree or one to two years professional experience plus a relevant academic degree • You have an interest in becoming a talented Consultant • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable Professional Skill Requirements • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment • An understanding of technology and its application to business is desired • Good communication and interpersonal skills
