What is PA Consulting Group? PA Consulting Group is a leading international management and IT consulting firm. We are employee-owned and independent, with offices in 20 countries. What will be your role as a graduate? Your role as a graduate consultant will be diverse and exciting. You will be given responsibility from your first day, and your work will typically include performing analysis to determine the business impact of new technologies, develop IT and technology strategies, or develop IT governance and organization models. All this happens in close cooperation with your collagues. You will use findings and insight from your analyses to lead workshops and support technology-driven change processes, and you will present conclusions to the rest of the team and the client. This to name but a few of your activities, as you will face a variety of tasks and responsibilities, reflecting diverse client needs. Who are we looking for? In PA, we emphasize strong analytical skills, initiative, creativity, business understanding, and the ability to perform under pressure and in team settings. As a graduate consultant candidate, you hold an MSc in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar and have a strong academic record. We also emphasize relevant experience such as internships and voluntary organizational work. PA is renowned for an exceptional work environment and our close cooperation with clients.
