Main Qualifications that we require: • Bachelors degree in Telecom/Electrical /Electronic Engineering or related fields. • Norwegian, Fluent Norwegian and English in both oral and listening. At least average in reading and writing English. • Familiar with telecom main products. Basic knowledge on Wireless Network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX), Fixed Network (Narrowband Switching, Datacom, Broadband), Transmission Network (DWDM, SDH, PDH), Service and Software (WIN, SMSC, MMS, Value-Added) or Auxiliary Facilities (Power System, Battery, UPS, Inverter, MDF, DDF, ODF, Civil Works) will be strongly preferred. • 2-3 years experience on Telecom Engineering is compulsory. • Good sense of cooperation with project manager, product line manager, product line engineers, project team members and local staff. Excellent spirit of offering good services to the customer. • Reliable skills in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. • Willing to travel throughout the Norway and overseas anytime. • Friendly, open-minded, motivated, and responsible. • At least senior project management skills are required. Main Responsibilities: • Responsible for construction and management of survey business, supervision, making sure the survey business could be operated smoothly and efficiently. • Responsible for programming and constructing the survey resource of regional divisions (including programming and constructing cooperation resource). Coordinate with internal and external parties (agent, subcontractor, project team and customer). Responsible for obtaining necessary resources as demanded. • Offering efficient training to Subcontractors. • Handling complaint of the survey, such as short delivery or wrong shipment. Analyzing the reasons at the same time and tracking the updating improvement. • Reviewing the survey reports in time and recording the feedback of problem happened. • Tracking and solving the survey problem that brought forward by configuration engineer and related staff. Dealing with complaint of correlative survey problems (including complaint of wrong shipment). • Good understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Network Diagram which is created / designed by marketing section. • Reviewing engineering drawing (AutoCAD) such as floor layout, equipment layout, single line diagram bay face and cable routing layout, etc. • Cooperated with project team and relevant department staff. • Distinguishing communications skills, working effectively in both technicians and senior management. • Possess a Driving license.
