Become a Graduate in Banking Norway Graduate position Banking The Graduate concept is a recruitment channel for talents in Nordea. We are looking for persons that have great ambitions and that want to aspire for management and key positions in Banking. What we offer you The Graduate concept consists of seminars, local business area tracks, mentoring process and value chain stays. As a Graduate in Banking you participate on 4 international seminars, where Graduates from different countries and different parts of Nordea meet, network and improve their personal skills. The seminars focus on the fundamentals and the business in Nordea. In addition a business track is outlined in Banking to make you develop towards key positions and a management role. Here you will be trained and put in various positions, all relevant to understand the business and value chain of Banking. Typical working areas are: the customer advisory role for private and corporate customers, various management roles, assistant to regional heads, credit analyst and strategic project work among others. Relevant courses and education will be organised both inside and outside Nordea during the programme to give necessary support and development. The National Authorisation (AFR) is a standard course and examination that you must undertake (and pass) one year into the programme. The top Management group in Banking will be following you closely as discussion partners, in addition to a dedicated Mentor. We are looking for you As a person you are a fast learner, new thinker, are adaptable, have courage, are self driven and ambitious. You must have an interest in Banking and you want to become a Manager. You are loyal to the Graduate programme and the business track that is outlined. You have maximum 1 year of previous working experience when you start the programme. You will be situated in Nordea head office in Oslo. The programme will start in September 2011.
