The Associate HSE Adviser is primarily a trainee HSE Advisor position. The jobholder will provide a Basis support function to the department during this training period. The jobholder will support the BA department with close supervision from the HSE Manager. In addition they will learn the use of professional HSE tools, principles and objectives and application of/adherence to the Subsea 7 HSE Processes within the project life enabling them to eventually move into an HSE Project Advisor role if required. The job holder may however stay within this support function if required by company or if preferred.
Position Responsibilities
Input, modify and control HSE SharePoint site.
Complete HSE sections of tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Create and revise regional HSE BMS Documentation as directed by the HSEQ Director.
Provide guidance to projects on the application and conformance to Subsea 7 processes if deployed onto a project.
Support regional Emergency Response capability.
Provide HSE support to facilities department in Campus.
Maintain an overview of regional legislation and advise of potential impact to Subsea 7.

Experience and Education
Attained or working towards professional qualifications in either of the HSE disciplines
Preferable an understanding of subsea operations knowledge.
