The Associate Quality Advisor provides support to the HSEQ Director in the maintenance and control of processes, procedures, work methods and initiatives in support of the Companys overall Quality strategies. The Associate Quality Advisor is responsible for applying legal and ethical practices to everyday work in compliance with the Company Vision and Values and reports directly to the HSEQ Director Norway until deployed to support Projects and/or the QMS team. Once deployed, the Associate Quality Advisor will report directly to the relevant Quality Manager.
Position main duties and responsibilities:
Input, modify and control Quality SharePoint site as directed.
Support the completion of Quality sections of tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires.
Create and revise regional Quality BMS Documentation.
Provide support to projects on the application and conformance to Subsea 7 processes.
Maintain an overview of regional legislation and advise of potential impact to Subsea 7.
Support Project Quality Advisors when deployed to projects.
Support the Quality Management System team personnel when deployed to as QMS Team support.
Promotes the use of professional Quality tools, principles and objectives.

Knowledge of BMS & Synergi database functionality.
Knowledge of commercial tendering and pre-qualification processes.
Clear and effective oral and written skills are essential.

Capable of discussing issues and topics of importance at all levels.
Computer literate and able to effectively use Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).
Experience and Education
As this is a ‘trainee position experience in any skills required to be a quality professional is preferred however not required, such as:
Auditing and CQI Quality Management qualification.
A good understanding of ISO 9001 and other international management system standards.
An understanding of subsea operations knowledge.
