NBIM is seeking a dedicated professional for the position as Analyst in the Equity Asset Strategies department. The department is responsible for managing NBIM’s global enhanced index portfolios, and utilizes a broad range of investment strategies to improve the portfolio’s risk-reward relationship, including quantitative strategies, relative value strategies as well as traditional index enhancement strategies. The position is located in Oslo, and travel will be required. Main Responsibilities: • Portfolio analysis and research • Development and back testing of investment strategies • Performance and risk analysis • Support day-to-day management of global equity portfolios Main Qualifications: • Master’s degree with strong academic records • Up to 2 years relevant work experience, statistical analysis experience is an advantage • Strong interest for quantitative finance • Exceptional analytical skills • Ability to work independently with a high level of personal integrity • Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English We offer interesting challenges in an active and stimulating international environment.
