Job Responsibilities:
1. To create Purchase Requests for engineering services performed by our partners
2. To coordinate internally with various teams: Accounting, Procurement, Implementation, and Project management;
3. To track and report status of internal processes Project management;
4. To coordinate between Huawei and Partners (subcontractors);
5. To assist in other aspects of Project support: checking as-built documentation for work done by our partners during the project, creating material requests, processing acceptance reports and verification of work done;
6. Other related work.
Required key skills and experience
1. Language skill: Fluent English, Chinese and Norwegian are preferable
2. Work experience: one year office working experience
3. Required knowledge and skills: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, and familiarity with using web-based applications. Responsible,structured, and detail-oriented. Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills. Telecom project experience is preferred.
