The Trading and Treasury Area is responsible for all fixed income, equity and foreign exchange trading within NBIM, as well as all securities lending and cash management across all the funds managed by NBIM. Our team is currently located in Oslo, New York and Singapore. We are seeking to strengthen the team with a motivated and self-driven graduate who will gain experience through extensive on the job training working in the different groups that make up Trading and Treasury. Focus will be on learning and understanding the functions and products in Trading and Treasury as well as developing in-depth analysis and reporting skills. The position will be located in Oslo, and some travel with work periods at our other offices may be expected. Main Qualifications: •University degree with strong academic records •Strong interest in finance and investment management •High degree of flexibility and mobility with an international mindset •Excellent quantitative and analytical skills •Programming knowledge (MS SQL, Excel VBA or equivalent) •Structured and accurate with the ability to take initiative and achieve results under pressure •Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English It is our aim that you will become one of our high performing traders or analysts in Trading and Treasury.
