Atilika is looking for an Intern Software Engineer to join our product development team and support a range of software engineering work.
Engineering work includes helping prototype new technology based on own ideas or published academic research, build technology demos and modern web user interfaces, help with product testing, contribute to Lucene/Solr open source software, and also have an engineering role in a customer project during the training period.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for a passionate Java programmer with Linux and open source experience. Experience in the fields of search, algorithms, natural language processing is a plus, but is not required. An interest to learn more about Japan is a plus.
