The Investment Talent Programme (ITP) is a four-year trainee programme targeted towards highly motivated and skilled candidates with recent university degrees. Programme overview: Investment Management Discovery - Year One Learn how one of the worlds largest fund managers operates through on-the-job training within multiple departments, typically including Risk Management and Investment Operations. You will profit from a comprehensive introduction to the organisation and systematic skills training. Workplace is Oslo Investment Banking Experience - Year Two Take part in the Analyst programme at one of our partner investment banks in London or New York Investment Management Experience - Year Three Work as an Analyst at NBIM.
