Graduate Engineering Program (Engineering Trainee Program)
FMC Technologies is the world’s largest supplier of systems and equipment for subsea oil and gas production. The demand for our systems is increasing, and we are seeking the sharpest minds to take our game-changing technology even further.
It is important for FMC Technologies to have employees who, beside having technical skills, also have cross-functional knowledge about our products, business processes and interfaces within the organization. People who are able to see the “big picture” in a complex organization like FMC Technologies, are valuable assets. This, however, demands many years of experience.
Our Graduate Engineering Program is designed to speed up the development process by offering Graduate Engineers two year on-the-job training and rotation between our departments.
We offer the graduates established employment from day one, challenging tasks in a dynamic professional environment, and close follow-up by a mentor during the entire course of the program.
