Jotun is a leading player in the marine coatings market, and antifouling paints represent a key technology for this segment. Due to the content of biocides antifouling paints require approval by national authorities in many countries. The main task for this new position will be to obtain authorisation for antifouling paints according to EU’s Biocidal Products Regulation.
The position will be organised in the R&D department, and will be part of a team with dedicated and experienced Regulatory affairs specialists. The position will work closely with the R&D chemists, but also with other departments, such as Group Product Safety, Marketing, Product Stewardship.
