Do you want to manage a large number of Brands developed in Norway with global ambitions? Unikia has already developed a range of 20 brands that are sold internationally. The coming years we will developing 5-10 new brands each year.
The work comprises of:
- Setting goals and budgets per brand
- Work with retailers and distributors in positioning and building the brand
- Map competitive landscape and moves in different markets
- Identify white spaces in brand portfolio
- Collect feedback on products and packaging
- Work with product developers to ensure that we develop successful products for all brands
The skills we look for:
- Personal initiative and leadership skills
- Willingness for continuous improvement
- Business sense and ability to take the right decisions
- Motivation for hard work and large working capacity
- Strong communication skills in English; orally and written
- Brilliant esthetical sense
- Relevant education or working experience
