The Investment Talent Programme (ITP) is our trainee programme targeted towards highly motivated and skilled candidates with recent university degrees. Successful candidates will be expected to learn and excel through a four year structured programme: Programme overview: • Investment Management Discovery - Year One Learn how one of the worlds largest fund managers operates through on-the-job training within multiple departments, typically including Risk Management and Investment Operations. You will profit from a comprehensive introduction to the organisation and systematic skills training. Workplace is Oslo • Investment Banking Experience - Year Two Take part in the equity Analyst programme at one of our partner investment banks in London • Investment Management Experience - Year Three Work as an equity Analyst at NBIM. Your department and location will be based on your demonstrated skills aligned with business needs and opportunities at our foreign offices • International Master/MBA - Year Four NBIM offers to sponsor an optional one-year Master or MBA degree at an international business school What you need to succeed: • Excellent academic qualifications at Bachelor/Master level • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Interest in finance and investment management • Initiative and curiosity • Commitment and decisiveness • Result orientation, competitive attitude and ability to perform under pressure • High degree of flexibility and mobility, with an international mind-set
