Rolls-Royce Operations Management Graduate Development Programme
Operations rarely come as complex as those youll find at Rolls-Royce. And opportunities this rewarding are even rarer. As part of our Operations Management team, youll play a key role in the continuing success of our own manufacturing, assembly and repair facilities - as well as the external suppliers who make around 70 per cent of our components.
Our Operations Management Graduate Development Programme is designed to give you an immersive, hands-on experience. Youll get first class training and support, and youll also learn from some of the most respected and highly qualified professionals in their field.
Youll start with three, six month placements, with various rotations - leading to a management role where you can build on what youve learned. Along with high-quality training and mentoring, youll take on challenging assignments in core operations functions, such as manufacturing, purchasing, planning & control and quality.
