Quartz+Co invites top students to apply for the “Sleeves Up” programme; a start-up accelerator programme helping African entrepreneurs grow their businesses in Cape Town, South Africa. This is the third consecutive year we are executing the programme, but it is the first time students are invited. Seize the opportunity to make a difference where it is truly needed, to build your international network, to nurture your entrepreneurial spirit, to learn effective coaching skills and put them into play ... to be a lion. You get the chance to:

• Go to Cape Town for five days to work with a group of South African entrepreneurs (March 28-April 2)
• Be a fully integrated part of a mentoring team of consultants from Quartz+Co and talents from Novo Nordisk, Grundfos, TDC and Bech-Bruun
• Learn from entrepreneurs, consultants and managerial talents
• Two days of training in Copenhagen in entrepreneurship and coaching (one day in week 12 and March 28)

We expect that you

• Are studying a master’s degree at a Scandinavian university
• Are among the very best in your class
• Speak and write English fluently
• Are comfortable with presenting in public and working independently
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, ideally also some start-up experience
• Can participate in the full programme, including the training days in Copenhagen

All transport, food and accommodation costs for training days and the trip to South Africa are covered.
