• Block 1: Local Introduction - get to know your office, new team and mentor.
• Block 2: General IFS Introduction – knowledge about IFS, the Consultant role and our customers.
• Block 3: Introduction to ERP and IFS Applications from an industry and process perspective.
• Block 4: Exclusive Product training in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
• Block 5: Complementary Training – Presentation technique, Work Shop training and project methodology.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for university graduates who have the potential to be our future brilliant Consultant. The applicants should have a Bachelor’s or a Masters degree preferably in the field of Engineering or Economics/Business.
As a person you are daring, enterprising and co-operative. Selling is fundamental to you and you enjoy challenges and are able to see and understand overall solutions. You have the ability to keep long term relationships and good teamwork skills both internally and externally. You manage one of the Scandinavian languages and English both written and oral.
