Are you looking for opportunities within the Telecom industry?
As a Service Solution Manager you will be responsible for exploring telecom service sales opportunities, customized creating telecom service solution and organizing necessary resources to achieve the service sales target. You will aslo be responsible for managing the assigned account service business platform and improve the customer relationship and satisfaction. Other involved routine work are service bidding, marketing intelligence, competitor analysis and contract negotiation.
As a Service Solution Manager you will be responsible for following tasks:
• Be responsible for IDC (Internet data center) solution sales target with the assigned account, exploring all sales opportunities and manage the sales team to fulfill service sales order
• Be responsible for customer requirement exploring and analysis, marketing intelligence and competitor analysis
• Be responsible for developing and building the overall service business infrastructure surrounding the assigned customer group
• Be responsible for creating and customizing solution in bidding project, such as statement of compliance, service solution proposal, service competence presentation, etc.
• Be responsible for the operation, coordination and management of key service activities and events, such as workshops, meetings, forums, etc.
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with following qualifications:
• Target oriented and ability to work independently to achieve target
• Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and ability to work in teams
• Must be ready to work under pressure
• University degree of Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or relevant subjects
• Working in IDC related industry for at least 5 years, and service account manager or service sales experience is preferred
• Knowledgeable in the telecom industry, and wireless network knowledge is preferred
• Knowledgeable in commercial and financial area
• Good presentation/communication skills, fluent in English both oral and written, and fluent in Norwegian is preferred
