The Investment Talent programme is a two-year trainee programme where high achievers have the possibility of pursuing a master in Finance at a top business school. The Programme is targeted at highly motivated and skilled candidates with recent University degrees who are aiming at an International career in investment management. Programme overview: ■Introduction and Investment Banking Experience – Year 1 You will benefit from a comprehensive introduction to the organisation and systematic skills training in NBIM Oslo. This will be followed by an opportunity to be part of the Analyst programme at one of our partner investment banks in London or New York. ■Investment Management Experience - Year 2 The second year will consist of comprehensive on-the-job training in one of our International offices within several of our equity departments. Within the 2-year programme you will be given the opportunity to become a chartered financial analyst (CFA). You will have access to top management, industry specialists and professionals to support your professional career. High achievers have the possibility to pursue a master in Finance at a top business school upon completion of the programme.
