NBIM is seeking a dedicated and results oriented professional for the position of Analyst, part of Systems and Data department within our Operations area. The Systems and Data department has responsibility to draw the architectural landscape for business applications and associated data processing in NBIM. The department has furthermore the responsibility to deliver and maintain system and data components for this landscape, as well as maintaining the relationships with external suppliers of these components. Your role will be to aid in the management of our middle/back office solution, responsible for operational management, change management, and incident handling. You will work closely with vendors, business units and other Operations departments at NBIM with the primary goal of driving change and ensuring operational stability. The position is located in Oslo and will report to the Head of Systems Management. Some travel will be required. Responsibilities: ◾Supporting and coordinating incident and change/configuration management activities ◾Analysing end user requirements ◾Define, analyze, monitor, and report on key SLA’s and metrics ◾Improving automation of tasks and workflows ◾Contributing to projects ◾Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders ◾Contributing to a hardworking, high-performing team with a focus on results Main Qualifications: The successful applicant will have the following background / skills ◾Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT and/or economics/finance with strong academic records ◾0-4 + years’ experience in working with investment management systems. ◾Knowledge of and experience with middle/back-office systems and processes ◾Proactive and self-driven work style and a good team player ◾Ambition to excel ◾High level of integrity ◾Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English NBIM can offer a rewarding, international fast-paced working environment, and the opportunity to play a role in safeguarding and building financial wealth for future generations as part of one of the world’s largest funds.
