The R&D Manager – Architectural products is responsible for product and technology development within Powder Coatings for mainly exterior applications. Key Focus areas will be to manage the Architectural team and develop technology and products, alongside working with production and commercial functions to implement and support the product range.
As a Manager for the department, you are also part of the cross functional team which ensures close contact and collaboration between R&D, marketing and sales. It is expected to have a thorough understanding of the overall strategy, making sure that projects and products is delivered in order to reach the targets of the company.
The positions will be based in the R&D Laboratory Norway with a global scope
