Huawei Technologies Norway AS was established in 2007. In 2010 we became the biggest telecom solutions provider for Norway.
In Norway, we are around 140 driven employees which are located in the premises of Fornebu, just outside Oslo.
As a Wireless Engineer you will be responsible for following tasks:
• Perform GSM/UMTS/LTE Network Low level design, commissioning and Intergration
• Act as a local technical to do troubleshooting for wireless issues of live network, response the service request from customer and resolve it in SLA
• Deliver new features, new technology, and give training to subcontractors or operator customers
• Supply local Maintenance support of wireless products for Norway (Operators) customers
• Communicate with customer (operators) for technical issues and service delivery
In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with following qualifications:
• Bachelor degree within IT, telecom or equivalent
• Good understanding of 3GPP
• Strong communication skills to understand customer’s technical requirements
• Good interpersonal communication skills and high ability to work in multicultural and multinational teams
• Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent
• Fluent in English both orally and written, and fluent in Norwegian is preferred
