MANAGING IN DYNAMIC INDUSTRY Schibsted Management Trainee Program is a two years development program which recruit young top graduates to Schibsted. The programs’ ambition is to develop future managers throughout the Schibsted group, - young professionals that shall be especially attractive for key positions in Schibsted. Over two years and in four challenging job placements the trainees get media sector expertise, business insight and on the job learning. In addition to individual coaching, assessments and training modules, the trainees get a personal mentor and an extensive network in a media company with ambitions.
