To succeed, you need to possess strong analytical skills, creativity, drive, and excellent communication skills, both in English and Norwegian, as well as embody a strong team orientation and ability to work in teams. You have a strong academic background and hold at least an MSc and/or MBA, or equivalent. You are newly, or soon to be, graduated, or have a few years of relevant work experience, depending on the position you apply for.
