The position we offer

Customer Services is directly accountable for ensuring great service and focus on Customer Journeys in daily business, process development and IT projects across Wholesale Banking Operations value chains.
We specialise in digitalization to enable our organisation to utilise the maximum in our effort to create great customer experiences.
Our task is also to align and utilise customer intelligence across our product value chains building on current learnings and ensure profitability.
The work spans from targeting new customers all over the world, establish the partnership and setting up service agreements to daily servicing of many different products and customers.
You will be part of a newly redesigned organization with a very high ambition level and will be reporting to the Customer Services Executive Management. You will learn the business, understand the customers and support the development of the service model fit with the times and customer expectations.
During the graduate period you will get the opportunity to be exposed to several parts of Wholesale Banking Operations to get an understanding of the value chain and to build relations.

The qualifications you need

We have high expectations on our graduates. We are looking for responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme.
You must be a good communicator and be able to constructively challenge our business views from both a holistic and detail angle.
English is our working language and the position may involve some traveling in the Nordics.
Requirements:
  • A Master’s degree
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player. You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to constantly improve your competencies and skills.
