The position we offer
As a graduate in the Personal Banking Strategy and Development (PeB S&D) division you will hold the position as Business Developer within one of four teams while being enrolled in the Nordic Nordea Graduate Program at the same time.
In PeB S&D you will work in close cooperation with Business Developers responsible for personal banking strategies, value proposition, service models and pricing policies for all personal banking segments.
As a Graduate you will primarily work with projects connected to the implementation of the current personal banking business strategy. Projects will both be on a local level and in a cross Nordic environment. Through this work you contribute to drive change in the line organisation and facilitate a best practice culture.
The position will be based in Oslo, but will require some travelling to the other Nordic headquarters.
The qualifications you need
We have high expectations of our graduates. We are looking for responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree with strong academic results
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Fluent in a Nordic language in addition to excellent English language skills
- A keen interest in the banking industry
Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities.
In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player.
You are confident, driven and possess the mindset to develop and constantly improve your competencies and skills.
