There is no absolute need to know coding or programming in order to become a digital trainee, but we want the doers who don’t shy away when facing challenges and who has a genuine interest in the digital world.

Responsibilities and tasks:
• Rotate on different strategic digital projects in different parts of the Wilhelmsen group
• Participate in a 18-month Digital trainee programme which includes mentoring, peer-to-peer learning and external workshops
• Receive training from WW Academy in order to discover your talents and grow as a professional
Qualifications:
• Newly graduated with a Masters degree or two-three years of relevant working experience
• Fluency in English
• An open mind to diversity, new experiences, new people and cultures
• Passionate about the digital world and its opportunities
• Interested in driving change
• A flexible mindset
• Willingness to travel and/or work from another location.
