Conceptualization and analysis
The graduate position is based in the Private Wealth Management Oslo where you will be working closely together with leading Private Bankers.
You will play an important part in a strong team heading one of Danske Banks key market initiatives in the Wealth Management unit focusing on Private Wealth customers but you will also be involved in market initiatives and projects that span other customer segments in the bank. As an Advisory Graduate with us you will focus on conceptualization work, analysis of competitors and finding solutions that flows well with the processes in the bank.
Wealth Management offers a broad range of products and services within pension savings and wealth & asset management. We serve private individuals, companies and institutional investors in markets where Danske Bank is operating. The Wealth Management organisation consists of Danske Private Equity, Danica Pension, Danske Capital, Danske Invest and Private Banking.
The Wealth Management unit have assets under management of more than DKK 1,300 billion. The unit is comprised of approximately 2.000 employees of which 175 is located in Norway.

You graduate with a masters degree before 1 September 2017. Your academic degree has provided you with strong analytical and financial competencies. You expect to graduate top of your class and probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. You have the mindset and desire to see the world from the point of view of our customers and you cannot wait to meet and interact with them.
The position requires strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn what banking and Wealth Management is all about.
