Not your typical summer camp…
One of Orkla’s core strategic pillars in its 2025 strategy is to focus on the development of our talent and as such engage with students from the surrounding communities. In relation to that, HR and Marketing have teamed up to create the first ever Orkla Summer Academy named in honor of which will give marketing students the chance to work on real business cases in a global FMCG business and allow Orkla to strengthen our digital capabilities and give further leadership development to our people. We understand how important today’s students are to the innovations of tomorrow so we want them to be part of Orkla today.
We are looking for 6-8 summer interns to join us at our Group HQ at Skøyen this summer to work within digital marketing and analytics. You will work in a project team or on an individual assignment that will focus on an actual project with concrete objectives and deliverables. You will receive constant feedback and the chance to work on real life Orkla projects and with products. We want you to think creatively and have the chance to apply your theoretical knowledge in a fun and practical way. Our internships will be based out of our Care Division which houses exciting brands like Pierre Robert, Define, OMO, Möller’s, Jif, Lano, Nutrilett, and Jordan.
Who are we looking for?
We understand that internships can create the talent of tomorrow and we hope that our interns will be successful and become Orkla ambassadors. This will be a paid position beginning in June 2017. The internships will last 8 weeks in duration and have 2-3 weeks of unpaid holiday during the summer while the intern supervisors are away on annual leave. Some travel may be required for certain positions.
