We are now looking for one or more multi-talented persons to join our extraordinary Professional Services team in Universitetsgata 10, Oslo.

The Oslo office was launched back in November 2014, and today we are working with some of the most exciting up-and-coming players in the Norwegian retail landscape, including success-stories Kolonial.no, Europris and Scandza - the company behind famous brands such as Sørlandschips and Synnøve Finden. We offer our customers forecasting and replenishment solutions, as well as different supply chain related consultancy services. Due to continued growth and a very strong sales pipeline in Norway, we are looking to strengthen our team in the field of Supply Chain Management.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a Supply Chain Consultant your main responsibilities will include supporting/leading different supply chain development projects in the field of demand forecasting, replenishment automation, analytics and process development. You will contribute to all phases of a software sales process and take responsibility for delivering projects on time, within budget and still exceeding customer expectations. After the implementation, you will be responsible for the continuous service towards the customer and develop their supply chain further. Your role can be adjusted according to your skills, personal interests, and experience.

WE VALUE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS...

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders, including C-levels
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest to grow the business
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively during hectic periods
  • Ability to understand supply chain and/or space and assortment management systems from a business perspective
  • Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration


...AND THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCES:

  • 0-4 years of work experience from management consulting, supply chain management, software project management, or other relevant area
  • Excellent academic record in Industrial Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant area
  • Previous experience of working in the field of supply chain management, logistics, retail planning & optimization, or business analytics is considered an asset
  • Project management experience, including responsibility for managing project teams, scheduling and budget, is considered an asset

Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken) is a requirement.
