We in Danske Bank are looking for an ambitious person to help us through a busy period. Is that you?

Depositary Services is a pan-Nordic team, consisting of 15 employees situated across Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen and Lithuania. We are a separate and independent business unit within Customer & Sales Support (CSS), a part of Transaction Banking/Corporate & Institutional Banking. Depositary Services has the sole responsibility for ensuring the regulatory compliance handling for investment funds. The purpose of the position is to help perform controls developed in accordance with the European UCITS/AIFM directives, local legislation and guidelines from the FSA.

We are in a particular busy period, implementing new regulatory changes. Therefore, we are looking for a temporary support position to help us through the next few months. As a member of our team you will have the responsibility to perform controls such as bank and holding reconciliation, and NAV controls to ensure that our Depositary Services clients stay regulatory compliant. It is also an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of financial instruments and funds. We want you to take a proactive role in development of new controls and improving existing ones as well as supporting your colleagues in their day-to-day business.

To be able to perform in the role we are looking for someone with an Bachelor`s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Information Systems or a related field. It is preferred to have experience from banking or asset management, working with funds, settlement, NAV, reporting etc. It is important to have knowledge of financial instruments and a service-minded and proactive customer approach. You have experience with Microsoft Office products and are a positive, energetic and empathic person. To perform in the role you need to be task-oriented, organised and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge.

As a part of a pan-Nordic team, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Norwegian.
