We are now looking for investment banking analysts to join our Corporate Finance team in Oslo. The selected candidates will start in August 2018 and graduates are encouraged to apply.
As an Analyst in our corporate finance division, you will work across various transaction processes, including M&A, ECM and DCM. Your day-to-day tasks will include valuation and financial modelling, preparation of company and industry analyses, prospectuses and presentations. You will quickly gain responsibility and play a critical role in assisting deal teams from origination to close.
Qualifications
A strong and demonstrable motivation for a career within finance. You have a higher education with strong academic results and preferably proven interest for Investment banking/M&A. As a person, you have outstanding analytical skills and high work capacity. You are result oriented, have innovative business development skills and an entrepreneurial attitude. It is also important that you have excellent communication skills both oral and written and the ability to shape and develop relations.
