Join Corporate Banking in Danske Bank for a ten-week summer internship during the summer 2018. Corporate Banking in Danske Bank is present across the Nordic region with approximately 300 employees in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. In Norway, we are around 35 people and you will get the chance to work in a dynamic environment with highly skilled and ambitious colleagues. The department consists of professionals with varied experience and background. We have the overall responsibility for the client relationship by working closely with highly competent experts within Danske Bank Markets, Corporate Finance, Loan Capital Markets, Transaction Banking and Loan Syndications in order to identify and execute on business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
As an intern, you will get hands-on experience and inspiration for your future career as you collaborate with senior colleagues. As a part of Danske Bank's summer internship program, you will also collaborate with other summer interns in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Our team, within Corporate Banking, has the overall responsibility for Danske Bank’s client relationship with the largest corporate clients in Norway. Therefore, you will support Analysts and Relationship Managers on updating customer information, risk assessment on existing customers, writing credit applications, collecting information as well as ad hoc tasks.
To be able to perform in the role we believe you are a top economics or finance student with academic results that place you among the top of your class. You have already begun your master's degree and expect to graduate in 2019. In addition, you are a fast learner who works with commitment and strong analytical skills.
The position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
