Corporate Finance within LC&Is Investment Banking unit is responsible for M&A and ECM and transactions with Nordic and international clients, as well as working closely with other units such as Debt Advisory and Structured Finance.
As a Corporate Finance Analyst you will:
• Analyze companies and industries and gain a broad exposure to different projects and sectors
• Draft presentations, documentation and other material in support of new business development and transaction execution
• Support deal teams in execution of transactions, both internally and externally towards clients and other advisors
• Carry out financial modelling and valuation
• Participate in client meetings
Qualifications and personal characteristics
• Academic degree, preferable in Finance with outstanding academic results
• 1-2 years of experience from investment banking, consulting or other transaction-oriented environment
• Ambitious with a demonstrated ability to achieve strong results
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel, as well as experience with financial modelling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a Scandinavian language as well as English
• High integrity, social competence and analytical skills, and a strong attention to details
• Excellent commercial judgment
• A team player who can handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment
