The risk organisation in Danske Bank Corporates and Institutions (C&I) is growing, and we are looking for ambitious and talented young candidates to join our Risk Consulting & Business Management team. Corporates and Institutions handles Danske Bank’s largest corporate and institutional customers, and customers trading with Danske Bank Markets. The risk organisation collaborates closely with the front-end business in handling market risk, operational risk and regulatory risk in our home countries in the Nordics, as well as in Dublin, London and New York. The Risk Consulting and Business Management team ensures that C&I has an efficient, robust and agile Risk Management set-up, and acts as internal change agents within the risk organisation. As a Business Consultant, you will work with a variety of tasks, ranging from deep-dive analyses to strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include identifying and managing internal development- and transformation projects, coordinating and aligning global workflows, ensuring progress of key deliveries, and supporting management with strategy execution, presentation material and risk analyses. You will work in an international environment, interacting with a variety of stakeholders across the bank. We are looking for self-driven and curious candidates, with an ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You are passionate about driving change, and you have strong problem solving skills combined with an analytic mind-set. Furthermore, you are flexible, and ready to take on a variety of tasks, of both practical and strategic character. Preferably, you hold a degree within finance, economics or law with strong academic results. The ideal candidate has up to four years of relevant experience, however graduating or newly graduated applicants are also encouraged to apply. Experience with project management or risk management is considered an advantage, but not a prerequisite. The position requires strong communication skills in English.
