As Business Analyst in Elkem you are part of our trainee programme for 18 months and will work in key financial positions in various areas of the company. You get the opportunity to work closely with management and decision-making processes. The programme aims to develop ambitious employees to take on important financial positions within the company. This position may give you a flying start to your career, with challenging assignments from day one.
Our business analysts belong to the Corporate Business Support (CBS) department, which serves as an internal consulting team with responsibility for planning and control of financial processes within all Elkem's businesses. CBS is now looking for people who are ambitious and ready to take on an important and exciting position.

BUSINESS ANALYST PROGRAMME
As a newly hired economist in Elkem, you will step into the position as business analyst and take on a number of professional challenges within several business areas in Elkem. The objective for us is to ensure that you achieve a steep learning-curve and at the same time contributes to Elkem’s value creation.
The business analyst programme lasts 18 months and is divided into three periods with different contents. At the same time, the programme is flexible and gives the opportunity for individual adjustment.
DEVELOPMENT
Knowledge about the processing industry´s special conditions in Norway and abroad, knowledge of technical and economic conditions to drive our processes optimally, and how to make sure that employees thrive and perform and get to use their knowledge and skills to the maximum, are essential management skills in Elkem.
