We are looking for a new colleague who will be in charge of managing the finances at InPhase Solutions, as well as working with project management, business administration, sales, HR, HSE, PR and legal issues.
You will prepare advice and information to the company and participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team. The CFO reports directly to the CEO as well as to the board of directors.

Responsibilities and duties
As the CFO of InPhase Solutions you will have the following responsibilities and duties:
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Ensure that cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Handle billing, POs and contracts
- Project management
- Manage customer relationships and follow up sales leads
- Write applications and provide reporting to NFR/Innovation Norway
- PR
- HR
Qualifications
Educational level:
– MSc, preferably from Industrial Economics and Technology Management or similar.
Experience:
– Preferably 1–2 years, but students finishing their MSc this spring are also encouraged to apply
Specific skills:
– Norwegian and English are working languages at the company, and the CFO is required to be be highly proficient in both, written and spoken.
– Proficient in the use of MS Office
– An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
– Organizational skills
– Experience within entrepreneurship and innovation is desired
– Programming experience (e.g. Python, Matlab or C++) is desired
Personal characteristics:
– Good communication and people skills
– Eager to learn
