Digital Trainee Program 2019

Wilhelmsen started up in 1861 and we have done it all within the maritime industry. 

However, in recent years we shifted over to service industries for the global merchant fleet. We provide an unparalleled around-the-world network.  

To put it differently, you can’t sail around the world without interacting with us in some way. We do our best so our customers can work efficiently and create value. Every day we enable global sustainable trade.

What will you do in the trainee program?

• Contribute to the needs of a global maritime company, with head office in Norway
• Rotate for 18 months on both local and international digital projects in different parts of the group
• Extended stays in several countries are expected.
• Receive training in the network to discover your talents and grow as a professional
• After the Trainee program is finished you will be offered a job in Oslo, Kuala Lumpur or Singapore 

Who are you?

• You have a university degree or similar
• You are a recent graduate or have 1-2 years of relevant experience
• You are a digital native who knows analytics and programming
• You have an interest in robotics and/or process automation 
• Other than that, why don’t you tell us?

Work location will be Lysaker with an expected 4-6 months in Singapore or Kuala Lumpur .
