Welcome to Nordea Corporate & Investment Banking Advisory (“Advisory”). We offer advice to our clients in relation to public and private mergers & acquisitions (“M&A”) as well as initial public offerings and other equity capital markets (“ECM”) transactions. Our comprehensive deal experience and track-record coupled with the unmatched financial strength of the bank allows us to offer our clients a unique full-service proposition encompassing both advise and financing. Our pan-Nordic setup currently consists of approximately 100 employees across our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo, with c. 20 people based in Oslo
