The Cognite Academy provides training and content that helps the ecosystem of customers and partners to get the most out of Cognite products. A world-class academy powers value creation and speed through scalable, low effort onboarding and self-service documentation and training. Target users are primarily technical audiences such as software developers and data scientists as well as users of Cognite applications. Cognite Academy uses multiple mediums such as: Documentation portal, e-learning with courses and certifications, YouTube videos channel, and in-person workshops. The Academy team also facilitates for onboarding of Cognite employees and works closely with other teams and domain experts in Cognite to develop content and training materials on how to work with Cognite products.
As an intern with the Academy in Customer Success, you get to interact with several Cognite teams from Engineering to Marketing. You will get to influence how Cognite ́s products and relevant tools are presented and taught to both a technical audience and to application users. Academy is still in an early phase, and you will be engaged in new developments including implementing new courses in a new e-learning tool. In parallel challenge the existing content and contribute to a high standard of documentation and training.
You will use your communication skills to coordinate with different stakeholders across Cognite. Together with our marketing team, you will contribute to developing both instructional and inspirational videos for our YouTube channel. You may also run in-person workshops (if you'd like to). As you develop content and training materials you will get to know tools such as TalentLMS, GitHub, Adobe Premiere Pro as well as the opportunity to improve your programming skills (Python, HTML, CSS).
