Your role as Graduate Consultant

Cognizant Infrastructure Transformation Services provides IT Infrastructure consulting and transformation services to large enterprises across this region. In the graduate role we will give you an opportunity to work closely with customer teams and Cognizant customer account teams across the Nordics. You will be helping solve complex, cross-functional issues that cross technologies in Cloud, network, server, storage, O/S, virtualization, consolidation, middleware, security applications, and operations. You will play a part in analyzing business and technical requirements to determine system design, potential issues, and related costs.

Key Requirements:

• Higher academic education. Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent hands on experience in technology, science, communication technology, information security or infrastructure/network engineering.
• Genuine motivation for building industry skills sector, with special focus on industries like Energy, Utilities, Renewables, Insurance and Banking as well as Retail and Consumer Goods.
• An understanding of business processes and structure.
• Commercial understanding and ability to act professionally in client facing situations
• Analytical mindset (i.e. solid quantitative skills, ability to think strategically, good attention to detail, etc.)
• Strong documentation skills

About the graduate program:

The Nordics are recruiting new talent for our graduate program. The Graduate Program offers an 18 month targeted training program and comprehensive Cognizant Academy training, including a two-week onboarding in Spain. All graduates are mentored by Cognizant experts throughout program.
